Circle of Excellence award winner in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 based on the following criteria: • Top Digital and Revenue Performance (over goal over the past three measurable periods of sales performance) • Goal Achievement Consistency (in those three measurable periods)• Demonstrated Leadership2019 Pathways member. Pathways is the career development program for sales professionals who are passionate about our company, have a strong interest in discovering and exploring new career paths at Cengage, produce high performing results and stand out amongst their teams as Leaders who take initiative and exemplify our ethos. Throughout the year, this exclusive group will work closely with Sales Leaders, share best practices with their peers and form connections with Senior Leaders through personalized mentor experiences.
