This initiative is planned for standardizing the hardware, software, and tools stacks across over 100 product variants, limiting variability while ensuring scalability, consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Globally P/L responsible for the Pure application, including development and cloud expenses (on 5 major AWS regions, and AliCloud for the CN market). Responsible for integrating the entire department, and the site, into a fully integrated part of Elsevier, from a roles, organization, security, tools and product point of view. Moved the entire operation to the cloud from an on-prem based setup, including parts of development, and test systems. Successfully transformed a branch-heavy development structure into a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) setup, fostering collaboration and agility across teams and departments. I integrated DevSecOps support and automated testing to optimize flow and improve product quality.
