Having spent more than a decade in the mineral exploration and resource extraction industries, I transitioned to low-carbon technologies and renewable energy. At present, I am the Operations Manager and Business Partner at Solvest. Able to understand and adapt to change, I draw on my experience and a broad range of business disciplines to deliver value and strategy to Solvest.Leveraging my experience in the north, with an ability to listen to and interact with all peoples I strive to design and deliver renewable energy systems specific to each individual, business, community, First Nation, or remote operation - within budgets and time constraints.A recent achievement I am proud of is guiding the construction of over thirty residential and two commercial solar systems in a single arctic summer. The over 750kW installed in Inuvik, NWT required considerable collaboration and innovative design to meet the constraints of the area and represents a significant renewable energy advance for the region. Backed by dedicated and vibrant team I am committed to the advanced deployment of renewable energy across northern Canada; for industries and individuals. Our continued success can be attributed to our ability to offer innovative solutions, and implement improved strategies that meet the dynamic requirements of energy in the North.Solvest is expanding steadily and has increased its level of output as well as its product variety; I am happy about where we are headed. Our product offering has grown incredibly over the past 6 years from the initial residential solar installations.
