I have been in the Grocery business for 27 years and Retail Wholesale for 7 plus years and have a lot of knowledge and experience to offer. I would like to gain a position that will allow me to use my past history work experience. With my work history I have come to love the sales aspect of my job. I have called on customers such as Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee and many other grocery retailers in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. With my account position I have stayed overnight on business so travel is not a problem for me. I have been in management for 10 plus years.

As District Manager to oversee 5 territories, to ensure high level of service to customers, sell displays and programs to customers, build a relationship with customers to ensure a trust with them, so they know I will resolve any problem for them and prevent problems for them. I have done hiring and set up training for all my area. I work with my supervisors to help teach them and sales reps. I currently spend alot of time on road visiting my customers and employees. Am also responsible to attain sales budgets, and work to constantly lower returns.Duties as Key Account Manager: Meeting with Account Regional Representatives, District Sales Managers and visit account stores. I would help plan and communicate account promotions with National Director and corporate sales teams, responsible for account sales, attaining budgets, help set plan-o-grams for product, pull reports from account systems to share with sales teams, dealing with all aspects of dealing with corporate customers to help resolve any concerns.DSM Area’s covered: Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo.Key Account Manager Areas covered: Walmart account Northern Illinois & Iowa over 100 stores. And communicated Target account from Wisconsin & Minnesota to Texas, a total of 468 stores also called on Sullivans foods, a local grocery chain stores.
