About Bailey Schultz

Welcome! My name is Bailey! I most recently worked for two commonly controlled companies, 3Eye Technologies and OuterFactor Inc. I started working at 3Eye as the Executive Assistant to founder and CEO Conor Macfarlane. During this time, Conor was in the early stages of launching his next company, OuterFactor Inc, a mobile device accessory manufacturer. As time went on, I became heavily involved in all things OuterFactor. During my time with OuterFactor I have worn many hats, including Finance, Marketing, and Operations. In October of 2022, I happily transitioned into my current full time role at OuterFactor Inc as the Director of Operations. I love to learn and the term “it’s not my job” has never applied to me. This along with my continuous motivation to improve and take on more is what sets me apart, and has allowed me to advance in each organization I have been a part of!
