I began working for OuterFactor in 2021 while working for a commonly controlled company, 3Eye Technologies. I transitioned to the Director of Operations role full time in October of 2022. I report directly to the CEO with responsibilities including but not limited to:- Oversee or complete all aspects of operations, finance, sales and marketing for a mobile device accessory manufacturer.- Lead to cash and procure to pay management.- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business processes.- Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and improve efficiency; includes commercial critical chain, manufacturing realization, and product roadmap.- Conduct financial analysis, expense management, and budgeting to support company objectives.- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and landed cost implementation.- Inventory management including stocking, reorder points, and management of stocking partners.- Management of international factory relationships and quality control requirements.- Management of 3PL warehousing.- Create and maintain ERP (NetSuite) records including all product data and ecommerce listings.- Oversee and produce product design and engineering content, from product concept through manufacturing and quality control, then marketing and sale of the product.- Responsible for creating and implementing departmental SOPs.- UV LED technical printing, vector file preparation, machine maintenance, and quality control.- 3D Renderings

I was employed at Eaton Rapids Medical Center for two years. I began as a Specialty Clinic Scheduler where I managed over fifteen physician schedules, created clinic forms, and helped build and implement an upgraded electronic medical record system. In April of 2020 I accepted the position of Administrative Assistant for the Chief Financial Officer. I reported directly to the CFO with responsibilities including but not limited to:- Implement an upgraded electronic medical record system (Meditech).- Data analysis, audit preparation, budget creation, accounts payable support, monthly and year end account reconciliation.- Management of special projects including organizational lead for the Payroll Protection Program and CARES Act grants including proper use and funds tracking.- Preparation of board presentations.- Member of several committees including Reimbursement, Safety and Environment, and Document Control Committee where I was responsible for the maintenance and creation of all hospital forms.- Maintenance of meeting minutes, correspondence, and confidential files.

I was employed at Finley’s Grill and Smokehouse for five and a half years. I maintained a restaurant management role for the last two years. I was first a supervisor at Finley’s in Battle Creek, and was then promoted to a salary management position at the Jackson Finley’s location. During this time I reported directly to the General - Manager with responsibilities including but not limited to:- Daily sales and financial variances.- Production of a weekly product analysis of food supplies and other expenses as compared to the budgeted goal for the store, as well as comparison to other locations’ performance.- Manage daily labor and cost percentages.- Verification of invoice amounts and work completed.- Weekly inventory count, and data entry into Compeat (restaurant accounting system).- Accounts payable and receivable.- Lead wedding catering event coordinator.- Organization and auditing of employee files.- Responsible for staffing hours and participation in payroll.- Management of approximately 45 staff members.- All employee relations including but not limited to: interviewing, training, scheduling, coaching and discipline of staff members.
