I work during the festival in operations management ensuring that our festival attendees have a wonderful time seeing films. It's a great experience where I am able to engage with people from all over the world, and introduce others to the wonderful experience of film!

JumpStart provides intensive, high-impact assistance to diverse Northeast Ohio founders leading high potential early-stage companies, working one-on-one with entrepreneurs to establish and achieve value-creating milestones of growth. I help keep track of everything moving in and out of the marketing department, and I am your go-to for events!

I oversaw 5 after school programs, and directly managed an after school program in a Tremont CSMD school. I was on the grant writing team, which focused on federal grants. I also worked to bring on dynamic community partners to provide programming and services for my students.

I run an after school program where I plan lessons, maintain positive relations within the school, and work with some really great kids on a daily basis.
