I am the producer/director/writer/project manager of the exciting new Endemol Shine production "I love zombies" a fully 2D 24min animation filled with moment to moment gags. I also manage the visual creative team staff and their related projects. I am responsible for general design and creation of motion graphics, animation and branding elements. I oversee all the creative elements that make up the Sunday experience and ensure all those elements support the Senior Pastor in presenting his message and message series.This includes: Set design, visual look and feel (all graphical elements), managing technical (sound lights, IMAG and camera), marketing strategy (digital and print), audience engagement, general live event production and co-ordination.Other responsibilities include overseeing the Marketing and Social Media department, its activities and strategies. I am responsible for the video production division, it's staff, equipment, finances and stratergy. I also function as a creative producer on all protects and often will be the lead animator on projects needing extensive motion graphics and compositing.

Responsible for the look and feel of all ESA programming. Produce short from product. Write and direct promotional material. Pitch new programming to channel and clients.

Editor (AB roll) then later I developed a non-linear workflow for the company and started editing in Avid. I edited a Weekly 58min show for broadcast and produced promo's and inserts as needed. I also did all the graphical and motion graphic work whilst managing the production facilities. I then also directed the multi-cam productions and often did live audio mixes for radio.
