My training at DB Schenker gave me a good insight into many areas of freight forwarding. The commercial training helped me to develop professionally and privately and to recognize what is important to me. I was able to learn leadership management through my position as student representative at the OSZ-Lotis and as chairman of the JAV at DB Schenker Berlin / Brandenburg. At Texxcor GmbH, I was able to further develop this skill. In the management consulting industry, the trust of the client often decides whether the client will go with us or with one of our competitors. Here you have to be able to put yourself in the customer's position in order to offer him the best possible service. Every case/customer is different, so adaptability is put to the test. Last but not least, because of my sole proprietorship, I have gone through many steps that are unknown to an employee. From applications to the respective offices, to planning the budget, many components are required. With new challenges I try to master these by logical connections. If, nevertheless, not much can be deduced from it, in the end the gut feeling is listened to.
