Develop and write test procedures and work instructions for ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation. Analyzes test data, write test plans and prepare test reports for international certifications.Resolves test disputes by reviewing test specifications, pass/fail criteria, and test processes with test technicians and customers, making modifications where necessary.
