With Baker Hughes, my main goal was to offer support through the GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes merger. This involved communicating transition-related information to all employees including financial reports, changes to human resources, and development updates, in addition to updating and improving culture policies, cultural behavioral changes, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) employee responsibilities, and safety procedures. Some key accomplishments include....• Designed and executed intranet microsites to convey financial, supply chain, legal, marketing, and technology information through employment of Drupal Platform. • Developed, modified, and produced content for internal communications such as company intranet, integration newsletter, email bulletins, and Yammer Posts and sessions.• Developed and executed targeted survey to allow employees to voice concerns, questions, and/or opinions following GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes Merger; generated participation/survey completion of over 60%

With this company, I met and assembled with individual employees and/or conducted group sessions to discuss ease and safety of the working environment. With the Coalition for Safe Community Needle Disposal, I developed and produced the Extended Producer Responsibility Solution (EPR) and Sustainability Program for National Public Health to address and convey deficiencies in proper needle disposal practices; collaborate with shareholders including government agencies, legislators, private businesses, professional associations, and general public to develop a financial sustainability program to communicate and educate on safe needle disposal. I served as Subject Matter Expert to offer resources and advice to federal legislators, Congressional Budget Office (CBO), and local lobbyists. I also developed and distribute pertinent communications to legislators, Federal Government Departments including Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as National Associations including HSE National Committee and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA).
