UPDATE: 30 Birds product is closed after 1 year of development. It was an amazing journey. We invented a unique methodology to digitize professional reputation. It inspired key worldwide talent mgmt experts to join as advisors, a few great and loved global tech companies to join as design partners, but the product's engagement was not enough to reach our ambitions.The entire team pivoted to develop an AI-enhanced (motion tracking) fitness app AGON.At AGON, I primarily implemented new product features and, as a part of the founding team, I aimed to assist wherever possible.Here, I began programming an iOS application using Swift for the first time. I utilized UIKit to develop interfaces and crafted a few complex screen transitions. Our Slack bot allows employees to send bite-sized daily praise using a pre-determined skill tree. These P2P credentials build up dynamic profiles that show level of skills, contribution, achievements, and trust network of each employee.The phrase that best describes my role is "software architect." The current system is the most flexible and reliable that I've built so far. Profi is a leading services marketplaces in Russia and Eastern Europe with $500M+ GMV, more than 1M professional and >5M orders annually among ≈1000 types of services.I led a team responsible for all front-end development activities within the company. We built a platform that maximized code reuse across various applications. Our responsibilities included managing the application architecture, establishing principles for an internal design system, and enhancing the overall developer experience.I personally participated in numerous projects, including:- Defining coding standards- Developing the company's developer grading system- Creating a cross-platform design system- Developing a robust front-end application architecture- Building a React Native library for shared element transitions- Creating a custom resolver for bundlers to resolve modules while respecting the local workspaces graph and peer dependencies hierarchyDuring that period, I also personally hired six Senior+ developers.

To me, this is one of the finest companies in Russia, with an exceptional team of professionals. I became part of a product team focusing on user experience related to registration, authorization, and specialist profiles. I applied my past experience to contribute to the team and proposed a restructuring of team processes.The most engaging project I led involved transitioning individual repositories for web and react-native applications into a single monorepo. This transition facilitated the future reuse of business logic code between these applications.

After gaining experience in development, management, and personnel development, I founded a company specializing in web and mobile application development. The company and I grew together. From a team of 11, we expanded to over 100. As a result, the need for resource and project management optimization became evident. I delved into extensive research on project management, estimation, and team management. SML, an IT Services and Consulting company, was later acquired by EPAM Systems. In my final university course, I pursued an internship at Philip Morris. I successfully passed all the challenges and secured an opportunity to work as a Software Developer. The project entailed a cross-platform mobile application, a server, and an admin panel. I was the sole developer and UI / UX designer on this project. It took me almost a year to implement everything using PhoneGap, JS, and ASP.NET.
