Course Assistant for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Computer Science Department, CSCI 3403: Introduction to CybersecurityIn this role, I collaborate with professors and teaching assistants to provide hands-on support during recitations and office hours. My responsibilities include assisting students with lab work and reinforcing key cybersecurity concepts such as threat modeling, SQL injection, network analysis, Wireshark, shell injection, and cryptography. Additionally, I help troubleshoot issues in real-time, provide guidance on secure coding practices, and contribute to creating a deeper understanding of modern security vulnerabilities and defenses.

During my senior year of high school, I assisted in teaching a TestOut Technician course, which focused on foundational IT skills, including hardware, networking, and troubleshooting. The course prepared students for the TestOut PC Pro certification, covering essential topics like installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, mobile devices, and software. My responsibilities included helping set up hands-on labs, assisting with hardware repairs and configurations, and supporting students in understanding technical concepts. This role strengthened my technical knowledge and teaching abilities, while also giving me insight into the core competencies required in IT support and systems management.
