About Ben Schuster
I’m currently a Rotational Product Manager at Grow Therapy focused on simplifying access to insurance-covered mental healthcare for Americans - including those on Medicare and Medicaid.Outside of my day job, I lead the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund’s Our Future Caucus as Co-Chair and serve as an alumni board member to the University of Michigan Community Scholars Program (MCSP) and Public Service Intern Program (PSIP). In 2021, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and minor in Public Policy. I’m passionate about civic engagement, healthcare, and creating products that meet people where they’re at.Prior to my role at Grow, I managed and grew a value-based care health plan at DaVita Kidney Care, directed organizing for the 2020 Biden for President campaign in Ohio and Michigan, and interned for both the United States Senate and Federal Reserve System.
