• Facilitating elite sports programs for all National Men and Women teams (talent and seniors).
• Responsible directing and treasury of the elite sports department.• Activities include directing 4 employees and approximately 50 staf members on performing day-to-day activities.
• Initiator of the fulltime elite sports and educational program for female basketball players: CTO Amsterdam Women Basketball.
• Concluded multiple partnerships with different type of organisations (profit and non-profit)• The Netherlands Basketball Federation was the most improved country in the world ranking in the youth categories (between 2006-2013).
• The Netherlands made the best result ever in reaching top 4 in Europe & top 8 in the World (2012).
• Initiator to organize the first organization of the World Championships Youth Basketball (U17 Women 2012).

• Developed the policy for grassroots Basketball in the Netherlands in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and the Dutch Olympic Committee (NOC*NSF).• Basketball Unites! is the project and proved to work as an example for other sports federations. It has shown to be one of the good examples for the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and the Dutch Olympic Committee.

• Consultant for a multi-sport project of the City Council of Amsterdam.• Mostly after school sports activities which made the bridge to the organized club system.

• Responsible for the policymaking and start-up of the youth talent development academy• Multiple players made through this education their way to a professional Basketball career

• Responsible for development of the business club, 72 companies sponsored the club in 2003 and this was developed up to 175 companies in 2005.• Responsible for the highest amount of season tickets sales in 2005, more then 1500 persons supported the team annually.• The team became Champion of the Dutch Basketball League 2003-2004.• The team became Cup winner in the Netherlands 2004-2005.- Assisted in development of the Championship book and DVD
