In my role as Chairperson of Postgraduate ministries at First Presbyterian Church of Ipswich, Massachusetts, I supported and led a diverse, faith-based community of young people seeking to address the systemic issue of loneliness through the enduring essentials of good food, an open home, and deep friendship.. As director of this ministry, my role entailed:- Developing and leading a committed leadership team- Hosting weekly community meals and prayer groups- Cultivating belonging on one-on-one and large scale- Handling sensitive issues and caring for those in crisis- Networking with regional faith leaders and communities- Annual budgeting and tracking expenditure- Drafting monthly newsletters and annual reports
