I have a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Hospitality, and Parks management with an Emphasis in Event Management from California State University, Chico, and I am currently an Assistant Event Coordinator at North State Events, a leading event management company in Northern California. My core competencies include sponsorship, meeting planning, and communication skills, which I have developed and applied in various event-related roles and projects.As an Assistant Event Coordinator, I work with a diverse and talented team of event professionals to plan, execute, and evaluate successful events for various clients and audiences. I assist in the event registration process, the billing and recording process for event sponsorship sales, the marketing and documentation of events, and the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as RH-ISAC, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and other event sponsors and partners, to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. I am motivated by creating memorable and meaningful experiences for event attendees, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the event industry.
