I am a Law student with 3+ years of experience in legal research, leadership, and teamwork. I assist companies in innovating their internal processes by navigating the complex landscape of technological law, with a particular focus on intellectual property and artificial intelligence.Key Achievements:▹ As National Deputy Director of Justice at AgloJoven Colombia, I led teams and managed projects that had a positive impact on vulnerable communities across the country.▹ As a member of the UniC Network at Université Laval, I published a project at COP26 and had the privilege of conducting research with prestigious institutions like Yale and MIT.▹ In my academic research, I have explored topics such as intellectual property in AI-generated works, the State’s extracontractual liability in neuro-rights, and emerging rights like internet access.▹ Leading projects such as Neiva Crece, I contributed to food security and sustainable development in several communities within my hometown.I enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams, learning from others, tackling challenging cases, and researching unexplored topics. I have helped companies manage legal processes and adapt to new regulations, such as personal data protection laws.
