CurrentSr. Manager Customer Loyalty for the Life Sciences Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Joined program during initial design of a best-in-class B2B loyalty program. Responsible for on-going development and optimization of the program, resulting in Loyalty 360s Best B2B Loyalty Program in 2019. Continually exceeded program targets, while staying on budget, resulting in a multi-year revenue-positive program.• Evolve and execute loyalty program design, strategy and associated tactics to meet customer engagement metrics and revenue targets• Develop and drive acquisition of data-based insights to inform continuous improvement of the loyalty program. • Establish KPIs, manage performance and reporting, and consistently communicate results to leadership. • Regularly conduct voice-of-customer projects to understand consumer needs, barriers, and insights to inform program optimization. • Partner with Life Science Group businesses to execute programs to achieve mutual goals of customer acquisition, product use and revenue targets. I• Collaborate with marketing team to maintain brand standards while still delivering content and communications that engage our customers. • Design and deliver sales enablement training and tools to drive commercial team support of the loyalty program • Ownership of partner and vendor relationships to continually offer unique rewards for scientists
