I analyzed the effect of price cuts on consumer demand through several price elasticity calculations across product categories. I developed a pricing model in conjunction with this analysis that has the potential to accelerate excess inventory liquidation for the company by 30%. In a separate project, I performed a social media competitive analysis for the company's apparel brands which highlighted industry best-practices and illuminated high-impact social media campaigns. The project resulted in a Facebook repositioning strategy recommendation with the capability of increasing page likes by 20% and overall engagement by up to 60%.

I built an academic and enrichment program for local students inspired by an exhaustive stakeholder analysis. As coordinator, I recruited students, collected data measuring progress, managed a part-time assistant, and created a diverse and engaging enrichment calendar for students. Over 90% of students in the program increased their literacy scores by at least one grade level.

I envisioned and created a new comprehensive data collection process and database for the site. This process cut employee data reporting time from over one hour to less than five minutes.I also planned and facilitated weekly training days and two separate week-long Corps member training academies. I personally led over 30 employee trainings and provided individualized feedback for on-site employees regarding their tutoring and mentorship capabilities.
