I studied anthropology, ethnology and prehistory, have a degree in business administration and psychology and studied shamanism in the USA in the 80s. I worked in London, Paris, India, Moskow and Japan before I found my passion in Coaching in 1996. In 2002 I founded Coaching Spirale GmbH in Berlin. There, in addition to individual and team coaching, I offer in-depth and transformative coaching training together with my team. As a mother of three and a grandmother, I have been dealing with the effects of patriarchy on the collective perception of love, sexuality, body, motherhood and nature for 30 years. I publish my findings on the topic in books, articles, essays, and speak about them at congresses, online congresses and podcasts In 2011, together with my husband, I founded the Holistic Healing Biotope Living Gaia in Brazil. Since 2013 I have been working with the indigenous Huni Kuin people in Brazil. For this purpose I founded Living Gaia e.V. in Berlin in 2014.
