I am responsible for evaluating organizational and operational needs and recommending solutions for the Agriculture Development Bureau. In this role, I provide analysis and assistance for bureau-wide projects and assist the bureau director, division directors, and leadership team to evaluate organizational and/or operational needs and recommend solutions or policies. I am the human resources liaison and coordinate with program managers and the bureau and division directors on all hiring within the bureau. I am the bureau’s executive office liaison and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Coordinator. I work on special projects for the bureau and the department to assist in better efficiency and operations.
