Also provided critical coverage through multiple transitions as Interim Director - Warranty & Field Support, providing leadership to full department, including technical support, field service representatives, service provider network, and full warranty spectrum.

Integrated Product Support - Defense

Directly supported ramp up of Field Service Representatives (FSRs) for M-ATV program. Responsible for many aspects of hiring and training over 300 FSRs to deploy to Afghanistan, throughout the United States, and various other worldwide locations. Duties included interviewing potential job candidates, training, evaluation, day-to-day supervision, and process improvements.

Production level supervisor responsible for multiple product lines throughout Oshkosh Defense portfolio. Products supported included Axle Line, Frame Line, Pre-Delivery Inspection, Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF), Module Build, and Materials. Supervised 100+ hourly union employees on a daily basis. Effective leader in meeting production goals and implementing improvements throughout manufacturing area. Other responsibilities included cross-functional inventory reduction team, responsible for cost reduction and avoidance nearing $3 Million, as well as direct support of new vehicle launch (M-ATV) with extremely rapid production ramp-up.
