Resolve Level 1 support calls; point of contact for both walk-in and call-in customers. Ensure that calls are logged correctly including complete detail regarding the issue, a defined priority based upon departmental guidelines, and any customer contact information. Responsible for ensuring proper escalation of calls as well immediate notification of staff for critical support issues. Provide contact point for the Northwood laptop loaner pool, as well as any software available for checkout. Provide high level of service to all customers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Create weekly reports and send out mass email to all IT staff. Use reports to update graphs and send out to IT managers. Update Excel spreadsheets for phone bills monthly. Log receipts from MasterCard into Image Now as received throughout the month. Receive Excel document of monthly purchases and update with records from Image Now at the end of each month. Update IT employee absence records.

Responsible for the overall operations involved with working the residence hall front desk. Assist residents, answer phones, perform functions with night security, check out desk equipment and computer keys, and assist the hall director and desk manager as needed. Various clerical duties also performed including opening mail, answering the telephone, etc.

Checking in/out library materials i.e books, study rooms, study materials. As well as placing books back on shelves, and shelf reading to make sure all books were in the correct location
