• Lead planning, budgeting, design, build and operation of the SpaceX Crew Dragon propellant loading facility • Designed and manufactured specialized hardware needed to support testing and hypergol propellant loading operations including mechanical structures, high pressure gas/fluid systems, precision instrumentation including pressure transducers, RTDs and automated valve control.• Adhered to ASME, NFPA, OSHA, AFSPCMAN91-710 safety codes and standards with all designed/built systems and standard operations procedures.

Rocket Test Engineering and Spacecraft Integreation • Trained in conducting static liquid fueled rocket engine tests safely and efficiently with tight, changing schedules and quick turnaround. • Working knowledge of fluid systems and data acquisition hardware and software needed to collect accurate and reliable data for spacecraft development and production.• Performed detailed data analysis on test hardware performance. Troubleshot test anomalies to determine root causes and implemented repairs. • Designed and manufactured specialized hardware needed to support test operations.• Safely, lead on-console hazardous operations involving the application and cleanup of Hypergolic rocket propellants, Monomethyl Hydrazene(fuel) and Dynitrogen Tetroxide (oxidizer)• Improved and implemented flown Dragon Spacecraft post-mission processes with the goal of future reusability of the spacecraft. • Lead and drove the schedule for team of 3-5 technicians in multiple tests of the Crew Dragon propulsive landing test campaign.

Work part time on an as-need basis while attending BYU-Idaho. Developed a National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certified version of a cube ice shaver and an NSF certified block ice shaver for snow cones. Certifications awarded in December 2008.Developed motorized stainless steel sugar water mixer with 3-A sanitary Tri-Clamp fittings. fabrication/product development/cost analysis.
