I am a certified ophthalmologist from Argentina. I completed a four-year medical residency program in ophthalmology training. Three years were dedicated to clinical training and the last one was fully committed to surgical training. During this period I completed more than 500 community tasks in different towns far from cities where I have been responsible for patients' diagnosis and later treatment at FUNDANOA, which is a healthcare organization that provides low-cost healthcare services for low-income people. Furthermore, I held a chair in ophthalmology as an associated professor at Barceló University for four years. As regards the private sphere, I have worked at “Centro de la visión”, while I was, at the same time, doing my medical residency, during wich I exclusively treated patients at a doctor’s office, realized complementary examinations such as angiographys, oct’s, topographies, echometries, among other things. And I also performed oct reports, visual field and fluorescein angiography. peripheral iridectomies, capsulotomies through yag laser, panphotocoagulation and trabeculoplasties through argon laser, pterigion, chalazion, blefaroplasty and strabismus surgeries, biopsy samplings, and also visual rehab for patients with amblyopia, strabismus, and any kind of post-traumatic sequels. I currently am taking a post graduated degree in pediatric Neuro-ophthalmology.
