Currently, I am a Research Assistant at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where I focus on brain regeneration and blood-brain barrier regulation in Axolotl and Xenopus. My expertise in processing electron microscope images using Amira software has been instrumental in advancing our understanding of BBB structures.My professional journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set that spans fundamental molecular biology techniques, project management, and advanced imaging methods. At Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, I performed essential techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, SDS-PAGE, and gel electrophoresis, DNA and RNA isolation.My international experience includes an internship at Osaka University in Japan, where I conducted immunohistochemistry experiments, brain surgery on rat brains, and confocal and 2-photon microscopy studies. This role deepened my understanding of neural function and behavior, particularly in the context of neuronal activity. Additionally, my internship at Istanbul Medipol University involved conducting EEG studies on children, further expanding my expertise in human brain activity analysis.I am passionate about contributing to innovative research in neurological conditions and advancing our knowledge of neural mechanisms.Although I'm passionate about career improvement, I care about being inside of life and sharing valuable time with nature, animals, and my loved ones.
