About Young Lee

I am a scientist with broad background ranging from theoretical and numerical modeling to signal processing, coding hardware interface controllers and developing scientific instrumentation. I have over 20 years experience as a magnetic resonance (MR) scientist, modeling nuclear spin dynamics, developing instrumentation and methodologies for molecular detection and structural/dynamics studies. I have broad interests in mathematics, instrumentation, and science with specialization in scientific computation, and scientific software development. My more recent focus has been in DNA sequencing, Monte Carlo simulations, bioinformatics algorithms and machine learning.
