I managed the 'Building a Sound Future' capital appeal from the start, raising a total of £6.3M against an initial target of £5.5M. An ambitious crowdfund campaign completed the appeal which featured ACE, HLF and Bristol City Council as major funding partners, with £1M secured from national Trusts and Foundations and £1.5M secured from indivuduals. A bold and inspirational new garden pavilion is the centre-piece of this major capital project, transforming the experience of all 75,000 pa visitors, including the many world class artists who perform here.With the appeal complete, the opening of the new extension is set for late February 2018.
