Successfully managed a major capital appeal for St George's Bristol - one of the most loved and intimate of prime concert venues in the UK. I managed the 'Building a Sound Future' capital appeal from the start, raising a total of £6.3M against an initial target of £5.5M. An ambitious crowdfund campaign completed the appeal which featured ACE, HLF and Bristol City Council as major funding partners, with £1M secured from national Trusts and Foundations and £1.5M secured from indivuduals. A bold and inspirational new garden pavilion is the centre-piece of this major capital project, transforming the experience of all 75,000 pa visitors, including the many world class artists who perform here.With the appeal complete, the opening of the new extension is set for late February 2018.

Consulted with a wide range of corporations and not for profit clients, advising primarily on innovative partnership and Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities.Major clients included Film London, Raindance, the Curzon Artificial Eye Group and the UK Film Council.Corporate clients included Barclays, UBS, HSBC and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Major media partnership deals with The Times, The Guardian and the Daily Telegraph.

Managed all corporate relationships for the Academy over a four year period, including the Orange sponsorship of the Film Awards. Introduced Pioneer as new headline sponsor of the Television Awards. Upgraded all Official partners to both high profile annual events, including Audi, Lancome, Burberry and th Daily Telegraph. Introduced a new Corporate Membership scheme.

Recruited as the first income generating post for the GLA, responsible for devising and implementing the Authority's sponsorship strategy. Attracted significant funding within first year of post, substantially exceeding income targets. Responsible for the royal opening of City Hall, attracting twice the income target. Delivered a large portfolio of projects and represented the GLA to a corporate audience.

Responsible for all sponsorship activity for a new digital television channel, recruited prior to launch. Attracted significant sponsorship interest from the UK and Europe. Negotiated television rights with the European Space Agency.

Raised £1M for this high profile millennial Science and Arts Festival, reporting to an influential development committee. Major sponsors included GlaxoSmithKline, Rolls-Royce, BT, Lucent Technologies and LG Electronics. Responsible for all aspects of the development process. Closely involved in the management of the festival’s large scale events.

Managed all sponsorship activity for the BFI’s Film Festivals, raising over £500K of annual sponsorship for the London Film Festival, and secured its first ever principal sponsor. Responsible for all aspects of sponsorship process, from researching potential companies, drafting and presenting proposals, to hosting of sponsors at a wide range of film related events, also the management of many events.
