• Procured one-of-a-kind Special Temporary Authority to allow a client to operate its station fifteen years before FCC action licensed the operation of the station.• Devised a system to organize and manage the filing, prosecution to grant and construction of 500 separate facilities in the 220 MHz service on behalf of client spectrum aggregators.•Lobbied FCC and Congress to create Class A category for LPTV facilities then guided clients through regulatory requirements to achieve the new status.• Prosecuted FCC applications for authorizations in the media, wireless and cable services.
