The Rolling Tape, founded by myself and my two partners, is a multimedia film and entertainment platform. We provide news, reviews, and opinions as "the new voice of cinema," where our team of young journalists provides the highest possible quality of written and podcasted material.As co-founder and The Director of Online Publications, I oversee all website content. I coordinate reviews and news updates and review and edit submissions. I am also a writer myself, focusing on feminist critique and theory as well as new release film reviews.Also, as an executive member, I act as the social media and marketing strategy director. I ensure content is scheduled, collect social media analytics, and analyze the success of the social media team's marketing efforts.

As a guest services CP, I was tasked with maintaining a clean and safe environment in all public spaces at the resort where I was stationed. Everyday, I interacted and spoke with guests from all over the world, helping them and creating special moments for them on vacation.

As an analytics intern, my primary task was to analyze certain data points for our client AMERIPEN and send them quarterly reports. I was on a team of three, and we analyzed conversations surrounding "packaging and sustainability." We also analyzed various policymakers' social media to gain a strong understanding of how packaging and sustainability were woven into larger topics on US and global policy. In May 2023, we went to DC to present our final social media analysis and marketing plan for AMERIPEN at their national summit.

Working at the Shepherd Hotel and Delish Sisters put me in a unique position where I was able to work closely with Clemson LIFE students and Alumni. Working with people with different abilities taught me a lot about personal leadership, patience, and the power of maintaining a level head and kind demeanor in stressful or busy situations. I also had an amazing experience with our support staff, who also mentored LIFE students. As a barista, I was able to train and create manuals for incoming staff to help management ensure consistent, high-quality service. It was a truly rewarding and heartwarming experience working with such wonderful individuals!

As a server, I was able to multitask and give customers excellent service in a fast-paced sports-bar environment.

As President, my primary responsibilities included scheduling and leading team meetings, setting up workshops for our club members, and hosting guest speakers. Our organization hosted eight guest speakers from across the country and one resume workshop. We have created social media calendars, communication audits, press releases, pitch letters, and personalized content for our partner organizations.

As Vice President, I worked closely with the President and Executive Board of Clemson's PRSSA to create a semester full of education and professional experience for our members. As a team, we led the creation of various deliverables for the nonprofit organization that we partnered with (The LOT Project). I developed strong skills in writing and design as I co-led a team in creating a social content calendar and writing blog posts. I developed a professional relationship with the nonprofit and spent time with the people they serve. This allowed me to connect personally to the community and create unique, individualized content.

As an intern for the Clemson English Language Program, my two main priorities were to develop and implement a social media plan and market the various services offered by the department. During my internship, I increased engagement and followers on our Instagram with strategic and scheduled content designed using Adobe and Canva. I created multiple flyers, email chains, bulletins, and information cards advertising our department, the TEFL Certificate Program, and activities available to international students on campus. During my second semester, I worked with the study abroad department and created new brand guidelines and designs for an upcoming program in 2023. Before leaving I developed a complete brand guide for incoming interns to help the transition from intern to intern run smoothly and allow for the designed and posted content to have a cohesive look.

As a tutor, I worked primarily with undergraduate students on various public speaking topics, including speech writing, presentation skills, and speaking anxiety. As a research and technology intern, I worked with campus IT to help the center run more efficiently as it transitioned to offering in-person and online sessions.

Together we often collaborated on maximizing guest experience and efficient workflow at Casey's Corner and Tomorrowland Terrace. I developed interpersonal communication skills and utilized them as I interacted with guests who came from different backgrounds and cultures. My favorite part of this position was finding fun and creative ways to create magical experiences (no matter how small) for every guest I met! Although the Pandemic shortened my time, I learned the value of personal connection, collaboration, and passion for your company.
