As systems manager for a professional association, I've had hands-on IT and programming responsibilities that include system networking, e-commerce, website development and purchasing of security, hardware and software.Strengths include network creation, support and troubleshooting and creating online registration and payment forms for membership, conventions and webinars. During annual conventions, I set up and networked off-site office and registration networks.Other key projects include overseeing the transition to a VoIP phone system, purchasing desktops, laptops, firewalls, a T-1 system and cable.I have expertise in Microsoft Access and created membership and meetings database. I then made it compatible with an online database in SQL.
