Over the last 20 years of working career, I have experiences in end user data center environment in operation, storage and system administration in a high pressure 24/7 always up environment. Provided consultation to multiple large enterprises from ASEAN countries in IT service operation and service delivery based in ITIL best practices. I considered myself a pioneer in internet, especially in internet service provider space in Malaysia by being the core member of start-up of TMnet, the largest ISP in Malaysia, to-date. I am also experienced in system integration where I helped customer to setup mission critical applications, network and system to provide services to their customer. One of the highlights was to setup the biggest ISP in Malaysia and complete technology refresh for the largest ISP in Brunei.In Sun Microsystem as professional service engineer, I have the opportunity to travel around ASEAN to setup the Sun Enterprise system for mission critical applications, for Telco, banks and oil & gas companies around the region. One of the highlights was to setup the first and largest Internet banking site in Malaysia. Another great experience was to setup a large value added service infrastructure for a large Telco in Indonesia. Overall, very adaptable to working in ASEAN countries and able to communicate and work well with the executives in respective country in both customers and partners’ environment. Agile, adaptable and always working very hard to align to the vision and strategy to the company. A team player while able to work independently.
