Whether training for an Ironman Triathlon or representing a client in trial, my focus is on results. There is no shortcut to a job well done. Perseverance and passion are equally important in training and in the courtroom. I joined Bashein & Bashein with over 25 years of trial experience in civil defense litigation, primarily medical malpractice. I am excited at the prospect of representing those in need of a strong voice, and have the ability to guide clients through the daunting process of legal action. I have tried over seventy-five jury trials involving medical and non-medical professional liability, commercial liability and general insurance issues. I have spoken at numerous organizations throughout Ohio and The United States, including NEOMED Medical School, The Colorado Bar Association National CLE Conference, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. I am an active member of professional associations and sit on the Elves & More of Northeast Ohio Advisory Board, and previously sat on the Foundation Boards of the Northeast Ohio Medical University and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Cleveland Chapter, as well as the METRO Regional Transit Authority Board in Akron. I love the outdoors, enjoy skiing with my family, and training for and competing in marathons and triathlons, including the Boston Marathon and both the Louisville and Canada Ironman triathlons. When I'm not working or training, I like to be sitting by a bonfire with my family or friends and a glass of bourbon in my hand.
