About S.C. Leung

SC Leung is the Former Head of Cyber Security and HKCERT. He received education in Hong Kong and Australia and had 25 years in information security. He had served in multinational bank, ISP, telecom service providers and professional consultancy firm.He had received the (ISC)2 CEO Award 2013 and the APAC Information Security Leader Award 2007 international awards for recognition of his contribution to the professional community in information community. SC concerns the development of Internet governance and security. He continually contributed comments on policies regarding these topics and delivered talks on information security development and awareness education to the public.He holds several information security designations, including CCSP, CISSP, CISA and CBCP.
