As a sales associate, I do multiple jobs in the store. I am a silver certified framer, so I help customers design custom frames and sometimes I help put them together. I help the replenishment team unload the truck and stock merchandise onto the floor, as well as building and setting planograms. And, of course, I am daily responsible for helping customers find what they need and helping them in general with any questions or concerns they may have.

As the customer experience manager, I was primarily in charge of the class programs at Michael's and I was the head of the cashiering team. I was responsible for many administrative duties, such as confirming the deposit, fielding e-mail and other communications, and preparing the daily paperwork.

As a cashier, I was responsible for handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and fielding customer concerns.

I developed a new system for re-cataloging the entire library which cut down on the average time it takes to input a book. I also saw a return of about 75% of the missing books that had been checked out in the past four years and I personally acquired about 50 new books for the library.

At T'Chelle's, I helped design and distribute flyers and business cards for the fledgling gym. I also assisted in the cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment.

As a vendor, I was part of a team that worked at Alabama Adventure. We were in charge of some of the refreshments at the amusement park and all of the midway games. In this position, I provided customer service by creating a fun atmosphere and I performed cash transactions by hand.
