I'm a forward-thinking Manager who invests time and money into staying ahead of real estate trends. In 2012, I became part of the REAA Industry Advisory Group travelling to Wellington to represent the salespeople in the industry, and I also travel annually to AREC - Australia's largest real estate convention.My background working in operations and logistics for New Zealand's largest wine company before transferring to their head office to be an analyst in the finance team, has given me a strong head for business and people. But it's real estate that has always been my passion, having been exposed to it for most of my life through my father who worked at Barfoot & Thompson for 28 years.The passion I have for real estate spills over into the service I provide, and my absolute commitment to being the best in the business. I don't shy away from hard work, and I build a team with the same acumen. As the former Branch Manager of our Greenhithe branch, I was able to build a culture of leadership and trust, resulting in the Highest Engagement Score award for two consecutive years (and still the only recipient of the award) - a testament to my ability to lead by example.We've built a proud reputation at Barfoot and Thompson and we're determined to stay at the top of our game.
