With his broad experience in all aspects of real estate law to augment his corporate, management and facilities experience and solid academic foundation he provides a comprehensive understanding of critical building systems infrastructure, technology and labor allocation and motivation.PBM continues to successfully provide the full range of engineering, maintenance and security services and operating software for multiple property types ranging from office properties, museums, corporate campus', educational institutions, research and technical facilities, retail establishments, secure governmental and quasi governmental facilities, retail establishments and multi family residential and hotel/resort facilities.Scott is on the Board of Advisors of Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Dwight Englewood School. He is involved with several local political campaign committees.
