While studying a Computer Science degree at UTS in the early 2000s, 4mation Technologies was born as a fledgling web and software development agency. Within 4mation, I have acted in many roles including Developer, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Team Lead, Delivery Lead, and Shareholder (pretty much in that order!).My current role as 'Delivery Lead - Team Augmentation' has me managing a team of around 20 Consultants made up of Sofware Engineers, Tech BAs, Project Managers, and UX/UI Designers - all deployed out to our client's teams. I enjoy meeting business owners and engineering managers with ambitious roadmaps that need extra capacity or skillset to achieve their timelines.And of course, I love to chew the fat with anyone involved in Digital Product Development, with so many tools and techniques available, there's always something new to learn and apply in our work.
