• Responsible for the successful execution of an active portfolio of 230 projects of varying sizes and complexities (Revenue total in $+M) managed by ten senior project managers. • Collaborated with the project managers to understand projects and make critical decisions, adjust the budget (via change control), and add resources related to project governance processes. • Responsible for escalation management with all levels of management, both internally and with the client.• Orchestrated the refresh of 300-500 network devices annually to meet end-of-life disposition per vendor specifications.• Reviewed and advised on project proposals and Statements of Work for multiple lines of business, both domestic and international.• Participated in leadership activities and decisions contributing to the maturity and growth of the PMO organization and team.

• Successfully tracked, managed and ensured operational and financial health of small to large-sized desktop projects involving hardware and software deployments for over 48,000 desktop platforms (across multiple lines of business in a highly diverse Enterprise) from initiation to closure ensuring project management methodology was followed throughout the project lifecycle.• Successfully developed and executed a Daylight-Saving Time project under a very compressed timeline for the customer’s enterprise desktop environment consisting of over 48,000 desktop platforms to ensure no interruptions during daylight savings time modification. The project included the deployment of over 150,000 desktop patches, and remediation of over 6000 network devices and 300 server platforms. • Oversaw IT Services account, ensuring contract compliance, financial health and advocating for the client within Xerox.• Managed the successful completion of a Windows 7 and hardware refresh project for 4,700+ devices.
