Responsible for product, platform architecture and technology strategy for TSYS Loyalty. Our platform is widely considered the most innovative and scalable solution in the financial services industry. It includes mobile/web based user experiences, and advanced data analytics to allow dynamic segmentation, points accumulation, redemption and marketing to the some of the largest credit portfolios in the US and Canada.

Led the design and development teams in support of the TSYS Prepaid Platform re-architecture. Designed migration strategy and architecture that allowed zero downtime for critical authorization and API realtime systems. Developed recruiting strategy and rebuilt the technology and delivery organizations and processes to support the scale out of the platform and organization that supported two of the top three brands in prepaid payments.

Designed and developed a multi-tenant web application architecture to provide online banking capability for banks and retailers in the United States and Europe(UK, Netherlands, Germany). Includes hyper-scaled web architecture, online payment hub, secure authentication systems, personalized user experience, hot deployment systems, database architecture and legacy systems integration architecture. Successfully deployed for 80+ banks globally, including 3 of the top 5 US bank brands and 2 of the top 5 in the UK. Responsible for design, development and scale out of platform, operations and development teams to support our industry leading self-service banking solution. Extended the team and built up an offshore model to assist in support and implementation of the product. Continually drove platform innovation, developing extensions that allowed deployment to a variety of devices including mobile phones and set top boxes.
