Feast Streat is a multi-cuisine street food brand catering within the events, corporate and food hall sectors. Provided numerous chef cooked dishes in a whole host of locations such as Greek Gyros on the side of a mountain with our rally team client to feeding 12 brands to thousands of festival goers over a weekend, Paella on a city centre high rise for a corporate client to our weekly pop-up food court in Stratford Upon Avon, we really do cater for anyone, anywhere. My role as Operational Director sees me at the helm ensuring stock for events are costed and ordered, staff are arranged and our picking team has the vital information they need to curate the dishes needed for each event, including cooking agendas for our head chef. Jobs also include ensuring our compliance is up to date both in office and out on site, managing staff and logistics and completing a weekly in-house stock reporting. Originally from a self employed background of 10 years being in a Operational Director role has come naturally to me as it’s just likely running your own business. I’m one for a challenge and always thinking outside the box to move business forward.
