Randy is President & COO of KSA Industries, Inc., a diversified holding company. KSAI’s subsidiaries include the Tennessee Titans, automobile dealerships WestPoint Lincoln and WestPoint Buick GMC, Bud Adams Ranches, Inc., and a 50% partnership interest in River Garden Farms Company of Woodland, California. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Adams Resources and Energy, Inc., which is publicly traded under the symbol AE. During his 38-year career at KSAI, Randy has worked in almost all facets of both the financial and operational management of a diverse group of businesses including professional sports (Houston Oilers and Tennessee Titans), agriculture, oil and gas, real estate, and retail automotive. Randy is a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow and still works as an active OA member. On May 3, 2019 Randy was honored by the National Eagle Scout Association and the Sam Houston Area Council of Scouts BSA, with the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award. He has taught Sunday school in the Methodist Church to both youth and adults and enjoys studying Torah at Congregation Beth Israel. Randy has also volunteered with both the Fort Bend Independent School District and at his neighborhood high school.Randy and his wife of 41 years reside in Sugar Land, Texas.
