I have 20 years of experience working in the Aviation industry in both customer facing and office based roles.Until early 2012, I worked for bmi British Midland and was based at the training centre, organising flight crew and cabin crew training. This centred around preparing the initial, recurrent and tri-annual course paperwork for cabin crew. I also helped to organise cabin crew training for third party organisations such as Air Tanker. During the merger between BA and bmi, I moved to CHIRP as Administration and Cabin Crew Programme Manager. In 2018 I was made Company Secretary for CHIRP, a role that I am pleased to have been selected for.In 2013, I started managing the annual audit process and preparation of accounts for CHIRP. Since 2015, I assisted the previous CE CHIRP and then Executive Director in the submission of budget plans and proposals. After returning from maternity leave in August 2021, I have reduced my working hours to part-time and now complete all admin, financial and Company Secretary tasks. I returned from maternity leave again in April 2023 in the same role and working hours.In my current role, you need to be versatile and adapt to busy periods of work. I am task-driven and focused and I pride myself on my organisation skills.
