Responsible for establishing and managing a new business application development team.- Full responsibility for business unit performance (Profit & Loss).- Recruiting, training and coaching a team of consultants/developers.- Managing digital transformation projects with an international, co-located and multi-skilled development team.- Creating brand awareness by performing marketing activities such as maintaining the website, organising webinars, market exploration, running online campaigns and setting up partnerships.- Operational activities such as budgeting, planning, HR, billing and reporting.

As a business consultant I was the link between the business and IT when advising clients in digital transformation projects.- Translating the requirements of clients into working software solutions.- Leading software implementation projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology.- Monitoring the risks and quality of implementation projects.- Assisting the sales team in the sales process by giving demonstrations and providing input for proposals (scoping and sizing).- Training and coaching of consultants and developers in the team.
