WHO AM I?I am passionate about championing programs, processes, and people that maximize the customer/user experience and the employees experience in the workplace. Please enjoy these 5 quick facts about me and my experience thus far:1. I was born in the Los Angeles area, but grew up in Clovis, CA. Move to Portland, OR in 2012 for college and have been here ever since. 2. On my free time you will catch me either adding to my wife and I’s board game collection, hitting a local bar for some Karaoke, catching an NBA game (Go Blazers!!), or just hanging out at home relaxing3. What’s my passion you ask? People. People are my are my passion. Personally or professionally- If I am able to impact someone’s day/life in a positive way, I will feel deeply accomplished. I’m also mildly obsessed with staying organized in our busy day-to-day life we live and helping others lives be a bit easier. In my opinion, there is nothing that grows a company more than trusting others, being commutative, and being organized. These three things are the 3 pillars I pride myself on no matter what I am doing in my life. 4. Currently my role consists of aligning projects with business goals, constructing detailed work schedules, managing my employees, achieving milestones, and communicating with upper management/cross-functionally along the way.5. I am excited and eager to continue to add more experience/development to my journey as I find what continues to bring me joy and fulfillment.
