Infusing Agile Project Management into our operations, we achieved greatly reduced deployment errors while also improving our data access efficiency. Our vision for the company’s data architecture, along with my product team's knack for discerning business requirements, culminated in the development of a comprehensive Master Data Management knowledge base. From data governance to security, I ensured the integrity, scalability, and operational efficiency of NYDIG's data team.

Starting as the twelfth employee in the seed-stage initiative, I took the reins of both establishing and expanding the Data Science and Analytics department. My time at the University of Illinois at Chicago was a multifaceted experience. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the Learning Sciences Research Institute, I participated in the National Science Foundations I-Corps for Learning (I-Corps-L) as the Entrepreneurial Lead, working to commercialize cryptography education programs and determine the viability of the project. In my role at EnterpriseWorks Chicago, the start-up incubator of UIC, I was in a similar role as Lead Commercialization and Strategy Consultant. I worked with inventors, professors, and students that had novel ideas and conducted market research, analyzed the potential market for their inventions, and helped them develop business models, business plans, and marketing strategies.As Lead Graduate Intern and Program Manager with Hub Group and OptumRX, I dived deep into data. We made predictions, built machine-learning models, and used everything from basic analytics to AI to solve real-world problems.

As the Senior Director of Advanced Analytics, I spearheaded the launch of a new analytic section amidst the transition from an Army Liaison Team to a Digital Liaison Detachment. Delved deep into high-level research and statistical analyses, targeting both extremist groups and narcotics trafficking organizations. Orchestrated and delivered training on an array of analytical tasks, encompassing geospatial techniques, data visualization, counter-insurgency, and counter-narcotics operations, ensuring that a team of four analysts was adept with the latest methodologies.
