Client Service Support
CurrentResponsible for planned maintenance activities, ensuring that contractural maintenance is conducted on client sites throughout the South of the UK. • Co-ordinating with Area Managers to deploy their engineers to client sites to conduct routine maintenance and repairs• Negotiating with hospitality clients regarding access for engineers to visit without affecting their regular trading routines, as well as any additional payment terms or quotations • Managing relevant documents for client access such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and any other documentation clients require to gain access to their premises • Manage and prioritise customer complaints regarding delays on parts and availability of engineers
