And at the end of the working day I was responsible for ensuring the branch and cashiers moneys were accounted for and balanced.Moved to Clapham Junction Branch in August 2007 where I was front of house, dealing with and processing customers queries and complaints. Advising customers on the most efficient way for them to get the service they require in or out of the branch. I would also arrange appointments for customers to talk with various staff members regarding a range of NatWest services. When required I would step up to supervise the cashier counter staff and deal with any escalated customer or staff issues put before myself when I was supervising.
