• Managed 112,000 servers for Disney, ABC and ESPN working for IBM. Installed Symantec Antivirus, Windows Updates, Security Updates, ISS & Tripewire. Managed Security Projects and Change Management. Primary hands on support for servers at Data Center.• Working with Tivoli, customer generated & HP Openview monitoring events to solve alarms. These events were issues with Netbackup, Server connectivity, Storage Space, Power Failures, and any issues in which the servers were not acting as designed. • Decommissioned several hundred servers, replacing the servers into VMWare. Resolved issues with Citrix Farms, and connected to servers using ILO / RILO, RSA, RDP, RA, DameWare, VMWare Infrastructure client, PCAnywhere and other tools.

• Implemented Symantec Enterprise Vault on VMware ESX Server and ran comparison with NearPoint Mimosa Archive. Managed storage space on their NetApp.• Managed tape backups. Ran maintenance on MS Exchange Server. Imaged computers and solved problems that Level 1 technicians were unable to solve. • Designed Disaster Recovery Models and implemented change control.
