Arctronyx is the legal entity that operates two trade names within Canada: Street Guardian Canada and OCD Tronic Canada. Through highly specific marketing and brand development techniques, I personally position and refine the brand images of the products we work with in today’s evolving online retail marketplace.My time at Arctronyx has allowed me to accomplish the following:1. Successfully launched and continue to sell a series of electronics on the Amazon & Walmart ecommerce ecosystem.2. Designed three unique ecommerce stores for the online sale of electronics using WordPress & WooCommerce. 3. Collaborated with multiple commercial fleet managers to customize product solutions & financing requirements. 4. Establish/adapt local and overseas supply chain networks to meet or exceed commercial and consumer deliverables. 5. Demonstrated an effective customer care program through the design of a rich customer experience pre/post sale. 6. Increased revenue & new product perception through tailored marketing campaigns & communication strategies.7. Executed our brand exhibition activities at five U.S. based tradeshows & two Canadian fleet safety conferences.8. Attended HKTDC & Asia World product sourcing fairs overseas to establish and maintain manufacturer relationships.

At the conclusion of the consultancy, I had championed vital milestones towards the execution of a fundraiser and integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan. Some of the achievements I had obtained from this consultancy are: 1. Collaborated with a team of 15-students to identify and characterize the overarching problems of the organization. 2. Proposed and executed a pandemic friendly fundraiser and an Integrative Marketing Communications (IMC) plan.3. Designed an ecommerce website for the fundraiser using WordPress and WooCommerce CMS. 4. Increased user engagement by optimizing Search Engine Visibility via WordPress SEO analytical plugins and toolkit.5. Ensured on-time deliverables via the management of both the fundraiser and IMC development & execution teams.

I co-founded this venture with a friend not expecting it to become my full-time position! Looking back, this small business venture was an excellent personal investment of time, capital, and creativity. I was able to take away an entrepreneurial work-ethic and the broad strokes of small business management.From start to finish, co-founding this company allowed me to accomplish the following: 1. Sourced quality electronic products from China and South Korea. 2. Designed an ecommerce website using Joomla CMS and successfully achieved online sales.3. Designed and executed marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Amazon and Newegg. 4. Developed creative content using Adobe Suite products for use in advertising and marketing. 5. Created corporate orientated proposals, contracts, and agreements for fleet managers.6. Successfully exported electronic goods and gained an intermediate knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
