 Leads the Asset Team under Engineering Services’ Engineering and Maintenance Department Supervise other member and provide training to new staff Responsible in Asset Management Activities such as Equipment Walkdown and Criticality Ranking (ECRT) Responsible in Data Preparation for Migration such as Asset Hierarchy Plotting, Code and Description Renaming and Data Encode in Site Migration Templates Created Guidelines and Forms such Asset Identification, Hierarchy and Naming Convention, Equipment Criticality Classification and Equipment Reliability Ranking

 Directly responsible in the purchase of local raw materials and import factory supplies to be procured from Inter/Intra Zone Territory and companies outside custom territory (local company). Takes charge in the preparation of the Purchase Orders and submit to Materials Planner for reviewing. Must see to it that items and materials requested/ordered are delivered on time to meet the production requirements and to avoid production downtime

Basic troubleshooting of PC and printers, software installations and uploading

 Responsible in the preparation of Process Standards for new product based on mechanical drawing and ensures all requirements necessary for product conformity are clearly stated. Prepares Quality Plan, Work Instructions and Inspection Data for manufacturing processes and ensures all the important checkpoints are clearly identified to conform to the established standards specially the critical points identified Prepares inspection data for new products and new parts based on mechanical drawing and ensures that all critical points are identified Updates Process Standards, Work Instructions and other supporting documents when necessary according to the written procedure in Documents and Records Control Supports the QA Manager and Supervisor in handling a team of QC Inspectors Conducts dimensional and visual inspection according to materials standards and process standards by Sampling method Evaluated as Rank A in Employee Category 2006
